INTERIOR

From the main entrance there is access to an open space lounge with dining area, lounge and fireplace. In the living area there is also a large kitchen and a single bedroom with bathroom with shower. The living room is accessed through two French windows to the patio shaded by vines, where you can have lunch outdoors on an iron table or rest on the sofa cushions.

The sleeping area includes 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), and 3 bedrooms (Drys room and Roble room with double bed 160 x 200 cm - Oka room with two single beds 85 x 200 cm) all with independent exit to the garden.

POOL

The swimming pool (7 x 4 m) for exclusive use, is infinity, equipped with whirlpool, with a cascading edge where the water flows into the pool below. The pool is with heated water and can be used, climatic temperatures permitting, from April to October. It is sanitized with a salt system, illuminated at night, covered with Touch PVC cloth, and has internal steps for hydromassage sessions and access to the bath. It is a few meters from the house and has two sunbathing areas: one on the upper lawn near the patio and one on the lower lawn, accessible via external stairs, near the olive grove. Near the pool, there is an outdoor shower with hot water.

PARK

The garden for the exclusive use of Villa Oak extends all around the house, with lawn, hydrangeas and secular olive trees. The large oak tree shades and refreshes on hot summer days. Part of the private garden is also the olive grove that extends below the pool.

The common park includes an olive grove, a hazelnut grove and gardens with pines, cypresses and fir trees.

Villa Oak is an eco-friendly house:
