What house looks like

Villa Oak is located in the heart of the Roman Castles (Castelli Romani), a landscape of forests, vineyards, volcanic lakes, and historic hill towns just southeast of Rome. From the villa, guests can easily reach Frascati, Nemi, and Castel Gandolfo, explore the Parco Regionale dei Castelli Romani, enjoy road and mountain biking routes, or spend time kayaking on Lago Albano. Rome’s city center can be reached in about 30 minutes by train, while Ciampino Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car.

The villa accommodates up to 7 guests and features four bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and one single bedroom. Guests have access to three bathrooms, including one with a bathtub and two with walk-in showers. The house also offers a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a breakfast table and a spacious open-plan living and dining area with seating for seven and six comfortable armchairs and sofas gathered around a wood-burning fireplace.

Outside, a private one-hectare garden surrounds the property. A private infinity-edge swimming pool with hydromassage, an outdoor dining and lounge area beneath a pergola, a barbecue, and a centuries-old oak tree create distinct spaces to enjoy throughout the day.

Villa Oak is especially well suited to multigenerational families and two families traveling together, as well as groups of friends who want to combine time in Rome with outdoor experiences in the Roman countryside.
