"It was perfect - exactly what I hoped for in an Italian villa.
The photos don't do it justice - when you first arrive it's like a movie, 30 minutes from Rome yet it feels like you're in the countryside, mature trees surrounding the property, salt water pool, air conditioning in every room, outdoor seating for the warm evenings and more."

"Fantastic stay at this delightful villa. the pictures really don't do the villa, or the location, justice. We were attending a wedding at a nearby wedding venue and this was the perfect location.
The local area has a number of excellent restaurants of bars, and are easily accessible by using public transport...a lack of pavements in the area, make walking a little risky.
The owner was very helpful, both before our visit and during.
If I was ever back in this area, I'd happily stay here again."

"Je viens de passer 3 semaines de rêve !
La maison est nichée dans un domaine planté d’oliviers et de pins parasols. Sa piscine à débordement invite à la flânerie , et Saverio a été très attentif à notre bien -être et fut plein de petites attentions ( huile d’olive de la propriété, figues fraîches, découverte de bières et vin rosé frizzente ..)
Les environs des lacs Albano et Nemi sont splendides et verdoyants ; Les charmants villages des castelli romani invitent à la flânerie et au romantisme.
La proximité du centre historique de Rome ( 40 mn en voiture au parking place St pierre-Vatican- Terminal Gianicolo ) est très appréciable pour visiter la capital tout en bénéficiant de la quiétude campagnarde ( grillons, poules et chevaux animent notre quotidien) .
Je souhaite aux prochains vacanciers de prendre autant de plaisir que j’en ai reçu.
La Dolce Vita è a Rocca di Papa in casa Saverio!"

"Beautiful property that is even better than the pictures. Host was very helpful and check-in was very easy. Very peaceful surroundings but in close proximity for day trips to Rome ."

"Had an incredible stay at Rocca di Papa Villa. Saverio was a great host. The location is perfect, the place itself peaceful, and the swimming pool was amazing. Loved every moment, highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The villa, pool and garden were beautiful. Check in and out super easy. Saverio was really helpful, friendly and answered and any questions we had with a speedy response.
We were only able to stay for three nights but would love to come again and would not hesitate to recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Oak. It’s a really stunning house and was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the pool and gardens. It was spotless, well equipped and check in was very easy. Great location with a supermarket only 5 minutes drive away. We had trips out the Castel Gandolfo, lake Albano and the Tivoli gardens. Only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"This AirBnB is BEAUTIFUL and very well taken care of! Saverio the owner is very responsive and helpful. He gave us a nice tour of the space. Nicely decorated and very spacious. We felt right at home! The outdoor space is also excellent and peacefully quiet. Except the rooster but that added to the charm of this place. We (6 adults) were here for a conference at Centro Mariopoli at Castel Gandolfo and the location was perfect. 15 min drive. Definitely need a car to get around. Didn’t see many walk around and roads are tight. Wished we had more time to explore other villages. We did eat at Osteria l'Aricciarola in Ariccia which was a cute village with lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend! Overall a memorable stay at Rocca Di Pappa. 45 min drive from FCO airport. Book this stay. You will not regret!!"

"Saverio was a fantastic host! He was super helpful throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble.
The villa itself was without a doubt the best air BnB I have stayed in. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and had everything we needed.
The only piece of advice I would stay if staying is to hire a car as taxis aren’t local so travel from afar to pick you up and very expensive as a result.
Overall an amazing stay and one I would absolutely recommend."

"Saverio’s place was a dream! A private location amongst the fields of Rocca di Papa near Rome. We spent 4 days here with the family, cooked, played bocce and swam in the amazing infinity pool. We could not recommend this place more! There’s also a tiny Cheese shop 10min from the house the sells the most amazing mozzarella you’ll ever eat! Cannot wait to come back here, maybe later in the year!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was perfectly situated—away from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering peace and quiet, yet close enough to head out for a quick tour of Rome whenever we wanted. The route from the city to the house was absolutely scenic and added to the charm of the trip.
Saverio was incredibly kind and always available. Despite our late check-in, everything was managed smoothly. From helping us heat the pool to giving us a quick tour of the property and explaining how to use the amenities, Saverio made sure we felt right at home.
It was a relaxing and memorable experience for all of us—we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

"Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Idyllisch gelegen.Sehr schöned Ambiente. Man fühlt sich gleich aufgehoben.
Für meine Mutter die auf dem Rollstuhl sitzt, war es sehr angenehm.

"We had a lovely time at ‘Villa Oak’. The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped and tastefully furnished. Everything was very clean, well maintained and as advertised (in fact even more beautiful). The pool and outside area are stunning.
Saverio greeted us in person on arrival and showed us around - he also gave us helpful tips on local restaurants, trips and the best ways to get into Rome. He was extremely responsive and helpful both during and before our trip and answered any questions very quickly.
We would love to return in the near future."
